Hide sheathed weapons option

FF14 has this option to show/hide sheathed weapons.

Since it’s a bad game and WoW has basically nothing to adapt from a bad game, it’s impossible to get this small feature.

You can also transmog your rings, necklace and earrings there, but since those are so small that feature is useless.
FF14 bad.

Thanks for your constructive criticism and feedback.

You carry your weapons and if they aren’t there you shouldn’t be able to use them, make your own unequip macro if you don’t like seeing your weapons.

Considering all the cosmetic back pieces we get in SL that hide your weapons I don’t think it’s unreasonably to being able to hide all weapons or decide where you want to carry them.

They could add the options via glyphs or just something in our transmog settings.

I was actually not aware that this was a thing… might go with a goblin or nightborne mage now (some of the biggest offenders with weapons sticking out)
