First of all happy holidays to all of you.
Last few weeks im having a strange problem with Wow. Whenever I want to play the game my CPU goes instantly to 80% - 90% CPU usage in my task manager. I have played with settings in game I have tried multiple things with Direct X nothing helped. I still can play the game runs at 80-100 fps, pretty smooth. Temperature on CPU while playing is somewhere between 58 to 62 degress, not that bad.
I thought that this might be an issue with chrome, but its not I have turned off the chrome process in task manager but the cpu load is still too high. I have tried other browsers but I keep having this problem. Any ideas?

16gbs of ram
intel i5-7600cpu @3.50Ghz
graphics - 1060 6gig.
