What are the High elves on Horde though? Blood elves who’s fel taint have reversed?

They are still Blood Elves, they’ve just overcome their fel-addiction, and surround themselves with presumably arcane, if their eyes are blue

Same. My wording was a bit weird. I always hated the really flimsy facial hair options for Belves.

Is it over coming addiction? I just assumed the fel taint had been removed in the blue case.

I should clarify, non-addicted elves that had used fel can indeed revert as their taint is removed

The burning crystals were removed post Sunwell ignition, given a mix of how sensitive elves are to magic (Valeera’s eyes changing colour for a while after devouring a magical relic) and Blizzard impatience with every story…
I’m just viewing it as the fel radiation effects wearing off, the magical addiction is still there and still very much a danger. As we saw with the helves in EPL.

Very happy for those that wanted this.
Hopefully we will see some small things for the other allied races.
But at long last now people can go full High and mighty.
It’s not a danger, the Sunwell is up and running. They’re fiiiiiiine.

Flavour is always good, as for the eye debate
Maybe the inbetween colours are hinting at a narrative to explain blue Belf eyes but that’s speculation

I’d assume it’s just the radiation dying in some.
More arcane exposure/use and link to the more arcane side of the Sunwell would give blue eyes… Again.

Its kinda funny that elf in warcraft lore kinda mutates of wen they ‘eat’ magic for sometime.
They are like eevee evolution.
