Quick update:
Got my pc back from the swap from 14900KF to the AMD 7 9800X3D along side MOBO swap and guess what?
Nothing changed. I am now sitting on a +6K Euro machine I cant even be bothered to turn on because of this stutter fiesta.
Guess I’m the clown for believing my issues would be fixed.
Same. I went from a 14900HX laptop to a brand new desktop with a 9800x3d and no difference.
Its insane. What you do at this point? Just play with it?
I’m an inch away from just unsubbing and calling it quits, the amount of troubleshoot I do daily compared to just enjoy the game and play is at this point not worth it anymore

Create a new battle net account using a different e-mail. Completely un-linked from your previous one. Log in and try the f2p starter mode. If it works OK then it’s possibly a problem with your account. i.e. some database/code issue on blizzard’s end.
Interesting proposaæ but for me when Ive borrowed my parents laptop while my own was in for an RMA, I run the game just fine on a far inferior system, so I’m assuming its something related to either the game on High End systems or something the likes.
Do you have any updates / tried anything else?
I basicly stopped playing. I refuse to spend more time troubleshooting than actually playing.
I have a new issue in MC where my fps crashes to 70-80 from 360 a couple minutes into the raid now. Still haven’t been able to fix the stutters
