Dps Rexxar slowly and he releases his pigs more slowly. He apparently releases them at certain hp levels. This should help you deal with them a bit better. You need to be interrupting and stunning them as their cast is the thing that drains your sanity. Try using purification protocol for visions if this hasn’t already been mentioned. Lots of aberrations in them so you’ll get the aoe stun effect and it’s generally a nice aoe. Coupled with bladestorm for bigger packs it’s devastating!
I’m playing arms too in visions and basically sit in d-stance with my pvp gear that has a lot of versa. Might be something to consider

I always go Rexxar/Magister Umbric first. This lets me use heroism om both the hard bosses. I also always orb at Rexxar/Umbric

Rexxar is by far the hardest boss. Umbric isnt too bad as warrior. I always focus the boars that spawns at pull. When they are dead I usually have such a huge Test of Might buff that Rexxar goes down in an instant. I ignore the boars spawning in the middle of the fight.

For essenses I always use lucid dreams in the major slot. This lets me dish out huge dps on the bosses. I’m not struggling with trash in general, unless scorched feet throws me into another pack. I run with purification protocol in a minor slot tho.

Always fish for a gift of the titans proc before entering a boss fight if possible.
