Visions were great! Since it’s more content and not replacing something, that gives us more options outside of raiding and M+. This is actually great and I am really looking forward to doing it.
Not the best news for me. I did them because, as a solo player, you had to take what you were offered back then. But I really didn’t like them. I much prefer delves as a similar sort of activity.

They were optional before.
Currently you only need myth track gear for like 12+ m+ or mythic raiding. So just don’t do 5 mask unless you do either, if you do a few affixes aren’t the end of the world
I really don’t understand him either .
He doesn’t do raids…he doesn’t do mythic + hes focused on solo content and now that they add more content for solo playing he dislike …

Have you two heard of people that don’t like timers and affixes?
Because as much as I liked the Visions,I hated that they had a timer so I am with Tah on this.
Is amazing having solo content,but would be even more amazing not being plagued with something pressure inducing.

Well don’t do it .
As you don’t do lfr-normal-heroic - mythic-raid … or any kind of mythic + don’t do it .

Yes, I usually am.
But I hated the mechanics. I don’t like punishing environments. I don’t like being given debuffs. I don’t like playing against the clock. It had tentacles!
It had so many things I disliked.
If they’re truly optional, I won’t do them, period. None of it.
I really, really hated the original ones.

I’m saying you don’t have to do anything you don’t want to in this game, if you want the highest tier rewards you will.
The game has to balance gearing between m+ and raid. They cant just give you stuff without equivalent difficulty
I’d much rather have new Delves. Visions were better than nothing, or better even that Torghast, but the some of the affixes were a huge pita and the timer was stressful. If they release an improved version I could be on board, but this feels like cost-cutting measures to re-use old content rather than giving us new content.

I genuinely find it interesting before Midnight hitting. Smelling pre-expansion content with that.

Horrific visions were passionately hated by players back then, because of the borrowed power like corruption, and it rewards nothing but currency to buy HoA essence rank upgrade, which is another borrowed power… and legendary cloak resistance upgrade, which is the 3rd borrowed power…
And now some players are happy to see them coming back… weird.

somethin “new” is always better than the same old song. even this recycled content.
And maybe this time we wont have borrowed things but mogs and mounts: and seeing the late trend of this game i guess is probable.
Oh come on Tah, this will be fun. It’s obvious this is an arcade style game injected into an MMO. I am also pretty sure this won’t be mandatory content and most likely WQ type of activity attached. It may just be a fun means to get around for those that love “speed”.
I will give it try then decide if I hate it or not.

I think so too. I imagine it will be like the Dragonriding Races that you do for the world quest.
I don’t want that! If I like the transmog it would reward, I would feel compelled to do it.
A mount would be fine; not too bothered with that.
And that’s not fun to me.
I haven’t liked arcade style gameplay since I was 12.
I also hate racing games. So none of this is appealing to me.
I also have hated every single type of ‘vehicle’ mechanic they’ve used in WoW.
So this feature has me worried.
I fear it’s not. The zone will probably not allow flying, is my guess.
And getting around it on a regular mount will probably be a pain.
I hope I’m wrong.
tehy are putting mogs in any content. i guess we’ll have it in horrific visions too. You have to hope these will be dull and meh (like the new mogs reward of BC TW ill add)
