No it isn’t, because silencing or removing you on a forum isn’t legally gagging you from being able to say what you want anywhere else. You can still say whatever you want, but Blizzard doesn’t have to listen to it or tolerate it.
If someone kicked you out of their house because you said something they didn’t like would you take up a legal argument that you have the right to stand in their house at any time and say whatever you like?
