Losing comes from a combination of RNG with comps and/or bad teammates. These are not mutually exclusive factors.
For example, Rogues who press Kidney Shot 6 times, Cheap Shot 9 times and Sap ONCE in 14 minutes and finish with the lowest CC done. Mages, Evokers and Shamans who go 15 minutes without pressing Lust. Mages who spam Sheeps all game when they have Shadow Priests and Affliction Warlocks on their team. Feral Druids who have Z E R O damage on flag carriers.
Does that compute?

I came to this realization one night when i was doing SOLO shuffle and blitz
itās just RNG gameplay so you win you lose nothing you can do about it
Sometimes game gives you same or better players then you
and sometimes you play with completely clueless
Sometimes you que for blitz and there are some beasts and you can enjoy the game they are shredding enemies
and sometimes you are farmed on one flag because healers do 0 healing and dps is doin 1 dps 
And when i came to that realization i had a lot of FUN even when i lose
I actually enjoy PVP right now more then i enjoy PVE

Just to please you, I will start PVPing on my shammy.
I have dropped from 1750 rating to 1650 and I have dropped almost 300 mmr points. I already face people 100 points below my rating and when I lose, they take 16 points from me. Iām already trapped here and I already assume that I wonāt be able to get out of here because people with this rating are useless.
Care to explain why?
Also, how do you explain the existence of players from Russian servers that have a higher rating and a better win rate in blitz than you?
Vast majority of Russians, and players, Iāve had in my Blitz are clueless players who donāt know fundamental basics of games. Many of the Russians are also unresponsive to messages in chats, whispers, and are in their own world.
Better RNG, better specs, better comps, thatās part of Blitz, Iām sure youāre aware of that since you lost to me on a comp you should never lose as.
And donāt try to rating shame me, the only time rating matters is at the end of the season and I guarantee Iāll finish higher on my B tier spec than you will on your S++++++ tier spec.
Since your answer is based purely on subjective experience, let me share mine.
Players from Russian servers are ordinary players in every way. Some are good, some are bad, just like players from any other national pool. The better players among them have a higher rating than you because they might actually be better than you in this game mode, even if it might hurt your ego to admit it.
If you get a player with cyrillic letters in your team, treat them as you would treat any other player. The fact that they are in a lobby with you shows that they belong on the same rating.
Didnāt we discuss in great detail and with a scoreboard analysis that the players in your team picked objectively more orbs than my team? Is it my fault that the players in my team that I canāt choose picked fewer orbs out of laziness or for whatever reason?
Not trying to. And I also donāt understand why you so desperately want to prove you are so much better than me or everyone else.
I asked you a question about Russian players and some of them are just better than you.

This is such a disingenuous comment and I think deep down even you are smart enough to know it. Because if:

That comment would be valid if it was based on individual performance and rating was distributed based on how you solely perform in a game. It doesnāt, itās an 8v8 and games are FREQUENTLY thrown by one player.
I do! I observe the communications given in games to certain players by the team Iām in, and if that player blatantly ignores it, I report them for griefing!

Oh right, so do you PERSONALLY deserve to lose hundreds of MMR and ābelongā at a lower rating because of your teammates being too bad or too lazy to play objectives correctly?

Is it my fault that I get a Russian Evoker who doesnāt speak or respond to English comments on EOTS who, despite being told not to, BY ME WHO WAS STANDING NEXT TO HIM, with NOBODY on him, decides to capture a flag when we have 2 bases and the score at 1000-800, deactivates the towers and then they lose both bases and lose the game?
Is it my fault that I get a Russian Mage who spends 10-15 minutes running around spamming Polymorph on everybody, despite being told not to?
Is it my fault that I get a Russian Resto Shaman who in the starting room openly admits to being intoxicated and then finishes the game with less healing than a Warlock?

Of course, luck is a factor with the teammates that you get, but so is skill. If you assume that players have an average amount of luck throughout their matches, skill is the reason why some players have managed to climb to Elite already while others are stuck at 1,5 and always blame their teammates.
The season is also young and players are not yet on the rating they belong because they didnāt have enough time to play, but the guys who are now on elite rank are not some mediocre dudes who just got exceptionally lucky in most cases. Most of them are good players, and some of these good players are Russians.
My poor individual performance? I had the highest healing done in the lobby, bro.
Every experienced BG player you show the scoreboard of that round to will conclude that the alliance team objectively picked more orbs and scored more victory points than the horde team and this is why they won. The outcome of that round wasnāt as much the result of what you or I did in that round, but what our teammates did. In short, you got lucky because you got sorted with players who were happier to pick on average. A mage from your team scored twice as many points as you, which is not your personal accomplishment.
This isnāt an excuse as much as it is an objective fact.
The point was not to shame you for your stats but to point out that there are Russians on the ladder who have a higher rating and a better win rate than you. Maybe they arenāt all that terrible?

Most non-Russians are just flat out awful players at the game, but the Russians are toxic griefers and it is a common theme throughout my game.

This Russian warrior made a stupid move that has nothing to do with his nationality.
It means that he, as an individual player, has made a dumb move. It doesnāt generalize to all Russians.
Seen similar stuff from members of every other european nation before.

With current MMR system nothing to do. All I need from RBG, Solo RBG and Solo shuffle is gear. After Iāll get all gear Iāll enjoy epic BG and BG. Beacuse for now MMR unfair, classes balance broken, pointless worry about So Iāve just go to Solo RBG, enjoy win or lose, what ever.
I also Switch in SL to Horde, now actively play Taurens, I become more calm in any case, but spotted that Alliance always more powerful in BGās so, Iāve just relax and just play solo RBG for gear and fun 
Iām on the biggest lose streak Iāve ever had in any game. Get this, today, my day off, Iāve played 30 games of blitz. Of those 30 games, Iāve won 9. I had 17 losses in a row. Iāve, in a single day went from being 2.3k MMR to 1.5k MMR. Wow. I meanā¦ WOW.
