Wel we know Humans and Elves can breed (Unfortunately), we know that Orcs and Draenei can, we know that Orcs and humans can.
We know that two Worgen parents will have a normal uncursed human child.
We have evidence of other mixed species relationships in the game, but no idea that they are cross fertile yet.
The rules seem to be fast and loose, but some things make sense.
It seems logical that all the Titan created races would be cross fertile, without going into the physical mechanics of it. We know there is a Gnome and Human couple in Scholazar Basin for example, but no idea if they have a kid.
We know certain things -Could- possibly work, like Native races of common ancestry, so for example, Trolls and Kaldorei, and certainly Kaldorei and Sin’dorei, But thats probably getting into the realms of ickiness best not thought about.
Draenei and Orcs is an insanely stupid one, as they are two alien species. Unless Draenei are like some intergalactic Captain Kirk to whom the Prime Directive goes out of the window if a new Alien species has females then they should in no way be cross fertile, but eh, Blizz be Blizz.
Then you have things like…Well…Trying to be delicate about it, if they were still together Kalecgos and Jaina would not be having kids. In Fact Dragon and human mating, whilst possible in their humanoid form, would be a sterile union. A Female dragon could not be impregnated by a male human, and a Female human could not be impregnated by a male dragon, the two types of genetic material are utterly incompatible, one is a mammal, the other is a reptile, one naturally has, uh, bits, the other naturally has a kind of swiss army knife device regardless of gender that does all the stuff that goes on downstairs including excretion. A Humanoid mother would not lay an egg, for example, because that all happens in utero, and cannot survive outside of, well, her, you know what.
So even a Dragon in their humanoid form could not carry or sire a child with an -actual- humanoid.
Why did I just try to work that all out in my head…
