Didn’t Gul’dan have trouble “creating” Garona? I don’t really think a human and Draenei could make a child… I even have doubts with the zillion of high elf/human offsprings too…
there a lot of R invovlved but nothing beyond that what gul’dan did was enslave her after she was born so she couldnt disobey the shadow council honestly her lore is super dark and digusting …
But still, genetically they are fairly far, not to mention age which imo should make a difference in how the female system works with Draenei. But that’s too philosophical and I doubt that Blizz actually thought about it…
