well if anything it would be great if the undergeared person is actually doing that so he is useful.
mostly the undergeared people just do nothing besides dying and failing every mechanic
Well, I haven’t been called out for being bad for years (and that includes wipefests I’ve caused) and this week the first key I do ends with “healer dammit, DISPEL” even though we got 18+3 and I dispelled one add every time and usually healed the other.
I wouldn’t call the affix a disaster but it’s one of my least favorites.
I have not been called out. There were some general mentions in chat “do affix” towards the whole group, which was funny in groups with 4 people being able to dispell 
But on a higher level this is the affix that caused by far the most wipes or ‘random’ deaths over all affixes. This is also the only week we grouped up in guild or community and multiple groups disband before going to the dungeon just because there was no other dispeller. Almost half of the classes can’t, so you end up very often in a no-dispel group.
But obviously my response was on Lillith who did say we healers need to “git gud and l2p”.
Im sorry, so basic understanding of your class is “hypocracy”? Who cares if a healer does the affix or not if they cant pass the most basic healer check in the dungeon?
Well same with tanks. If they cant tank at all and are just a dps with a shield… than whats the affix have to do with it?

Nah not really, its easy to do as holy priest - dispell 1 - power word life the other one. Also if u are smart u take more classes with a dispell, if they dont wanna do it np then they need to accept that sometimes 1 goes off.
I as a paladin usually dispells one of the spirits so the healer just have one left.
Just ask someone if the group if they can help if you feel like it will be a problem that un.
