yeah there is not much going on in most guilds I am in. Just for perks atm. I don’t mean that in a bad way to any of my GMs who may read this. I much prefer it when there is people on who chat.

Don’t bother joining guilds, they are always dead like dish water (yes, even the huge ones) a majority of the activity only happends at events or usual guild End Game Things (M+ Guild thing, raid etc) all the other times it’s just dead af. The majority just then either logs off to their alt number zeeen or play legacy wow version X or play other games.
You feel like your in a ghost town ala dead a like server chat every other time in them. It used to not be that way before CRZ BS, but now it does…

Perhaps this is not for everyone, but RP guilds tend to be more active besides the standard pve and pvp stuff.
Easy to pick up friends there, I guess.
Yesh my guild is dead. 
You can join some guilds that sell runs. Not much going on besides buying and selling boosts.

In game " friends are overrated", following your own progression , path and will is the way to go. If then they will eventually come along.
