How to redeem RaiderIO in two easy steps

I have no idea what you’re trying to say not going to lie , because you have 4K IO on your mage (example) doesn’t mean you’re playing as good on a rogue or a priest

I play multiple classes and i have 0 issue with anything :stuck_out_tongue:

Pretty much what Athulua here said. It’s just a measurement tool that reflects your experience in M+. All it does is save people a few clicks, so instead of going to your armory, they have the information right there ingame.
I feel like the people complaining about RIO just want something to hate.

People can invite whoever they want and put any requirements they desire. You’re not entitled to be invited to groups, that’s what the group maker decides.
I’ve done +30s in time and even I get declined sometimes. Again, leader’s choice.

I used to be salty about RIO until I took matters into my own hands, and just started making my own groups.

Okay but what was your point ? I don’t get it , what I said is that in a m+ environment, having one character at 4K IO and another char at 1k IO , groups won’t invite you based on the 4K but on the 1k

that does not mean yes and no depends on people choice.

It is not YES and NO asnwer.

‘‘bAn raIDeRiO!!11!’’

-Blizzard Bans RaiderIO

-M+ players check armory instead

‘‘reMoVE arMorY!!1!1’’

Not necessarily. If that low IO alt has a decent enough ilvl, the higher main char’s IO, while it doesn’t guarantee it, indicates at least some level of knowledge / experience, which gives more incentive to invite.

That’s what I do at least, can’t speak for everyone of course.

I can agree with that to an extent , but once again all I do is weeklies +15 , over that level has no interest to me. It’s a struggle only on dps considering my main has 1500 IO only

Always hilarious when people blame some lines of code (aka the ad don) instead actually giving perhaps a small thought why you are getting “decline-spammed”…

The Problem is rather that: even if you are a good player, no one will give you a chance. If you whisper players they decline you instantly, some even write it in their DESCRIPTION that they DONT want any Whisperexchange or they will decline you instantly cause they cant be bothered to communicate.

RIO is not just a Number for them. The Addon, when installed, shows you their score by simply getting your curser on their character. If you dont have AT LEAST 2k RIO, you will be judged a trash player and not payed any more attention.

I had a long break in BfA cause i played Alliance and it was simply horrendous finding any decent Groups for m+, even worse when it comes to pvp. When i came back, i tried a comeback on Horde wich was so MUCH easier. Now i hold my m+15 in time achievements and im rather proud i didnt give up. Just sad i cant play the geared characters in Shadowlands cause Ferals and Rets are drowning in the toilet.

I don’t have a guild and neither do I need one, why would I get forced to commit to something just because some people dislike being able to be judged for what they’ve achieved in the game lol

Then why do people invite my characters with low rio to keys they shouldn’t get into?

They definitely do look at my mains rio and invite me based on it lol

You’re talking from a horde standpoint (a lot more groups) , it also depends on how high your IO is on your main , the IO of your alt and the role on your main and alt.

Talking from an alliance standpoint actually.

The second point I made still stands though

Yeah, but even last season when I played dps as my main i got invited based on its rio.

This season with a healer being my main I also get invited based on its rio.

In general if people look at my mains rio they tend to invite my alts anyways.

How high is the IO though if I may ask ?

This season my main is barely 2.9, so pretty low still.
