I think the gay marriage thread is still up and sometimes alive (might get locked soon if no troll revives it due to month of inactivity) and it got very freaky in there at some point, moderation team nowhere to be found as well.

The regulars do not enforce the rules. There is a moderation team. I mean, do you really think if the regulars here had the ability to enforce the rules you wouldn’t have been banhammered by now?
That isn’t the definition of fetish? Hell, your definition makes heterosexuality itself a fetish since people do not innately connect sexuality with the creation of children and the primary motivation for sexual intercourse in humans is the pleasure or the emotional aspect. That’s before we get into the fact that not all heterosexuals can reproduce.
It’s almost like there is a difference between a word which is frequently used as a slur against people’s sexuality and a word condemning people for their ideologies.
