I’m adding my voice to the calls.
The issues we are experiencing are certainly not only on Mac.
I’m finding it very difficult to even log in due to 4 figure latency.
I’m Win10Home - fully updated
NVIDIA GTX970 - up to date drivers via NVIDIA software (experience)
16Gb RAM
Running the game from a non-overloaded SSD.
Router has been reset.
IPv6 is off
No retail AV/Firewall, only the Win10 security stuff.
Tried the whole UI reset, (Cache, Interface, WTF) - No dice. Same with the other standard Blizz suggestions.
Ran the Pathping, came to about 112ms with 4 refused hops.
Ran the game with zero add ons, reduced settings, DX11 Legacy - No Dice.
On failed log in I get the error code BLZ51901016
On successful log in, the game can take 5-10 secs to even open a vendors window.
Game ran fine last time I logged in, which was pre-8.3. The game is now unplayable.
For comparison, WOW Classic runs solid. No latency issues whatsoever, instant response from vendors etc.
Also, Path of Exile is running with a max of mid-30s ms latency.
Any thoughts/suggestions from the blues welcome.

Hey Antonio,
Are you consistently seeing 1k+ latency in-game, and at all times? The WinMTR you included do show some lag spikes from the very start of your route but the average isn’t massively impacted which typically means it’s more of a temporary blip.
Would you be able to post your pathping results as well, together with the results from Looking-Glass? As a reminder these all need to be recorded while the issue is present in-game in order to contain relevant info.
An MSInfo would be great as well so we can take a look.

edit: I am from the UK too, as are the both reddit users in that thread (if it helps)
I am one of those reddit users. Few guildies and friends int he UK on different ISPS having issues.
Seems to have normalized for me.
