I personally prefer the Army of the Light because it will make the story more interesting.
If we are going to have a Light vs Void cosmic battle, I would like to see all sides of the Light, even the negative ones. Bringing in the light fanatics would make things more layered and controversial.
We don’t just have a good versus bad battle. We have 2 powers equally capable of evil and good.

As of now, only 1 Void Elf (Alleria) and 1 Human (Turalyon) are listed as other-raced members, ignoring the purified Dreadlord.
Which makes this even more weird that it’s confirmed to be the Army of Light, yet they showed humans…

What if they both join? The Army of Light could still join sometime in a later patch. They did advertise the expansion as a worldwide apocalypse.
I find it hard to believe that Turalyon won’t be a central figure in an expansion about the Light.
Might not be for yourself, but it may be for some.
