OMG THANK YOU Blastboy, I thought my evening was over, tried to solve this problem by deleting cache and addons and so on for an hour now. My Gambit key couldn’t be listed. I just had timewalking key and normal next to each other in bags and switched them and voilà haha! Strange error…
I also could list raids or custom groups normally.
edit: maybe some useful info for blizzard, I played a timewalking key Eye of Azshara +5 today for weekly quest from some one else, I had an eye of azshara +13 in my bags, then I played my key +13 junkyard & my Iron docks +15 without issues, and then lowered my keystone from 17 to 16 in Oribos and then I couldn’t list Tazavesh Gambit +16. And no authenticator.
When my Eye of azshara +13 is left and Gambit +16 on the right I can list the gambit key.
If Gambit is first in my bags (left) then I can not list it.
edit2 same with my upper karazhan+18 key now. Cannot be listed when normal key is left.
Hey there ! It’s January 24. 2 years and 1 migration after… Is the issue fixed? I am new to WOW but I want the space on my bag and to be able to Edit the Mazz/dungeons groups … I have battlenet on my phone and I have SMS … all working… and wow won’t understand it. Always asking me to install it and add my phone when I have both linked.

The physical authenticator was discontinued several years ago and there is no way to buy one. What are you talking about?
Old topic, the Blizzard reply was several years ago. Some keyring tokens may still exist on marketplaces and indeed Blizzard doesn’t sell them directly anymore.
Oops, didn’t see how old the topic was. I guess 2 years ago is “several”. The authenticator was discontinued long before 2022 though.
I bought one on Amazon about 6 months ago. Infact I bought three and gave two to friends.
