They are all the same not just Alextrasza, they are all bland bricks that go around reacting to things in the same way, with very little personality inserted into anything.
The only ones that do have some personality are Wrathion and Sabellian, and it mostly amounts to messing things up so they can learn how immature they are and become bland boring bricks like the others.
Arthas wasn’t a brick sir, otherwise he couldn’t have delivered these lines:
The Lich King yells: So…the Light’s vaunted justice has finally arrived. Shall I lay down Frostmourne and throw myself at your mercy, Fordring? Highlord Tirion Fordring yells: We will grant you a swift death, Arthas. More than can be said for the thousands you’ve tortured and slain. The Lich King yells: You will learn of that first hand. When my work is complete, you will beg for mercy – and I will deny you. Your anguished cries will be testament to my unbridled power. Highlord Tirion Fordring yells: So be it. Champions, attack! The Lich King freezes Highlord Tirion Fordring in a block of ice. The Lich King yells: I’ll keep you alive to witness the end, Fordring. I would not want the Light’s greatest champion to miss seeing this wretched world remade in my image.
Hahaha you just throwed at me standard bbeg speech, what the hell is layerd or complex about it???
I’m starting to think that exaggeration about wow community being media illiterate is not an exaggeration.
WC3 arthas was a cunning snarky villain, books get him more layers and humanity even when he was DK, then it all just came down to dollar store sauron
When i was 10 i was scared to go to dark places, how it connects to who is better written characters?
See? Much more words that describe him than wotlk arthas. Anyway Kalec is main candidate for character development in this expac so i guess he’ll recieve “cool character moment”
There is the infinite dragon stuff coming next in 10.1.5, we’ll also go back to scholomance and Naxxramas.
Overall winding down feels good, as long as they conclude stories to start new ones.
What i do hope is that this expansion will finish the dragon aspects story for now. So we can move on.
Nelfs needs a new home, there is still the sword. And the void is doing it’s thing.
Exactly THIS! I just finished the rebelion quests and boy-oh-boy wasn’t it just garbage? Instead of burning rebels to crisps with fel-fire I had some meetings and delivered speeches. How lame the writing has become? All must be equal! Everything must be fair! Save me! Seriously, what will happen next? A Union for my demons with a good hourly rate for their service?
I WANT WAR! This is WORLD OF WORCRAFT! It’s in the name of the game! Stop hiring soy-men and other weirdos. This is not good story. It’s a watered-down porridge!
