I made a payment for 1 month wow classic subscription but it is still inactive

hey i bought game time it said succed but dont have my game time so i cant go in and play vanilla

Changed browser and it loaded debit card window, payment went through.
Now queues for 1,5h:D

Same! I bought 1 month Subscription and the payment went thru… and still says not Active account… SHAME on blizzard. They better get this working, i want my money back or 1 month sub!

It just says payment went through and all but it doesnt renew my sub :confused:

Hey all,

I’ve been checking up on reports here, and am happy to see that the vast majority has since been able to play World of Warcraft as their gametime/subscription purchases have completed.

This is unfortunately not the case for all of you though, as some payments have not completed. If you are still having trouble with this, check your transaction history for an update and attempt the steps listed here.

If you have done that already and still am not able to purchase gametime or setup a new subscription, contact your bank to have the payment attempts looked into.

Yet there is still no solution for those like me who already have an active subscription and still can’t play WoW Classic. Made my ticket 2 days ago, no reply to that either. Wtf guys?

Its best to make your own thread, Caerwin, rather than thread hijacking.

And start with why you can’t play wow classic rather than just saying you cant. Does it refuse to install etc?

It says mine has gone through, even got the ā€œyou are subbedā€ email but alas, can’t get passed realm select.
Is this seriously not fixed yet?

Same problem as TS, not hijacking anything here but responding to customer support not giving an answer to the actual problem: Active subscription but Wow Classic keeps telling we need active gametime.

As Trovlak mentioned, your situation seems to be a bit different as you do have active gametime but have trouble accessing Classic. Please try and re-install the Blizzard Desktop App completely, and see if that helps out.

If not, create a new thread so we can look into your specific case further.

I’ve tried to sub twice (using PayPal).

I receive an email from Blizz saying I’m now subbed. Then immediately after, another email saying my account is frozen - which then suggests I review my account settings (which are all fine).

I’ve checked my PayPal account - no transactions.
I’ve checked my credit card transactions (which is bound to my PayPal account) - no transactions.

Pretty frustrating.

Have registered online which Blizz customer support - awaiting a callback.

Seems that simply removing my PayPal payment method and re-creating it identically has fixed the issue! Nice and buggy website you have there, Blizz!
