Firstly, I’m sad to hear you’re having so many disconnections.
As I’ve said in another thread, there are many things that can cause a disconnection and lag spike, not just one thing.
Have you tried anything to solve the problem on your end?
You can try the connection troubleshooting steps to see if they help.
If not, please make a ticket and include pathping, traceroute and WinMTR so our tech team can investigate further and give you more specific information and help.
I had the same issue but instead of helping solving the issue, i got links to these generic help pages as well.
My thread also got closed even though a solution was not provided to me, telling me to send my individual WinMTR etc, i did that and not a soul from Blizzard managed to help me still. Getting these random disconnects while doing content is getting really, REALLY annoying.
