Hi Everyone,

Improvise Adapt Wipe is recruiting. Current Progress 8/8 HC.

Here’s what we need:
Any Melee DPS
Evoker (dps) [Off heal spec is a bonus]

We Raid Wed/Sun 20:00-23:00 Server Time (Tarren-Mill) [CET]

S1 Progress: 3/8M (you can check our guild on raider io)

What we expect of you:

  • Punctuality & high attendance (we ask for 90% for mythic, excluding emergencies ofc)
  • Class/Spec knowledge
  • inform yourself on general tactics before the raid.
  • always be fully prepared with food, flasks, phials, enchants and sockets.
  • Be ready to wipe
  • good comms! We have a no-bs policy when it comes to talking down to others and especially trying to sour the mood, raiding should be fun and we quickly remove players who can not behave themselves.
  • Filling up your vault during early progression, M+, delves etc.

What we have to offer:

  • Experienced Raid leading team
  • knowledgeable core group of players who have been raiding together since early DF and before.
  • If you are unsure about your spec/class and need help sorting out your logs, we are willing to take the time to help you improve.
  • A thick skin when it comes to wiping!
  • an organized discord server with lots of information and the ability to always help out when needed
  • Uncensored humor, we don’t get offended! just be prepared to be on the receiving end as well :wink:

UPDATE MARCH 3RD

Here’s what we need:
2x Healer
All DPS except Warlock (we can make an exception for one exceptional player).

We Raid Wed/Sun 20:00-23:00 Server Time (Tarren-Mill) [CET] except for Week 1&2 where we will be adding an additional day on Thursday 20:00-23:00 Server Time (Tarren-Mill) [CET].

Still looking for minimum 2 DPS (melee pref.), got mugzee heroic to 6% after 6 pulls and are likely looking at curve this sunday.

Update: 7/8 since last wednesday.
We are now looking for a Warrior & Evoker but can also make space for any melee especially DK & Enhancement Shaman. We are VERY ranged heavy at the moment but any exceptional player will also be considered.
