Portal magic would be incredibly useful, like, I can’t actually think of any other utility spell that would be nearly as useful as portal magic (apart from conjure food/drink, but imagine how much money and time you’d save from being able to just make a portal to anywhere you want).
I would save so much money on the commute and i’d be able to visit friends and family easily.

Definitely Stealth - that way I could get through Tescos or anywhere else I need to go without having people bothering me! I could almost hide away while being on the go - and then whack anyone who bumps into me stunning them for a few secs before Vanishing again.

healing, so that when i walk on the street and see someone with health issues i can just heal them and make their day and let them think divine intervention and go about my day. while the person will have an amazing life going forward

“Help me! I am injured!”
“OK, Just a second” throws a bucket of water over the injured
“Consider yourself healed” bows

Or flight form would be nice too, but it might be a bit useless during winter
