Improvise Adapt Wipe is looking for players! We are a group of veterans with a core that has been raiding together the entirety of Dragonflight and are now looking for fresh blood to fill our ranks!
Our goals are set on Mythic Raiding without pushing for CE unless obtainable. We are looking to build for long term goals and commitments and wish to achieve CE at some point while trying to be as relaxed about it as we can. We offer guidance to everyone who needs it and have a welcoming attitude to new people in our community. Right now we are looking for players to commit long term to our raid team to be able to build out our core and always guarantee a pug-free 20+ man group for progress oriented raiding come TWW.

Now that our Week 1 is over we went 4/8 Heroic with the new team (including a full normal clear) And are still looking to fill in some roles. Mainly we are looking for:
- Augmentation Evoker(s)
- Balance Druid
But are willing to accept any DPS role, those are just our current priorities.
We Raid Wed & Sun 20:00-23:00 Server Time (Tarren-Mill) but will be raiding Wed, Thur & Sun for the upcoming week to squeeze in an additional normal clear next week. After that we are back to 2 day raiding. Our Goal for the Season is 5/8 Mythic - and of course more if possible!

We are still looking for players especially Healers! and up to two augmentation evokers & at least one dedicated mage. We have still space for every spec except tanks.

We are at a 20 man raid team right now but are still looking for DPS players with off-specs if possible. We will rotate players around when it comes to Mythic Progression as fairly as we can on top of a volunteers first basis. If you still find this to be acceptable, please make sure to reach out to us!

Hello! Even thought the raidtimes doesn’t match ours i still want to put my name out there for your and others future reference. Me and my 3 friends are searching for a active guild that wants to push into mythic. We enjoy both raiding and high mythic+ and we are always updated with our specs and the gear for it. We can only raid 19-21.30 due to RL conditions. All luck for your guild!
