It’s a no brainer why they’re suddenly adding an incubus with all the controversy going on.
Out of all the new demons we could have gotten out of legion we get an incubus even though they’re supposed to be enslaved by the saccubus in lore.
This isn’t going to fix the issues with current warlock specs. This company truly is a joke

On the other hand… There is no certain lore regarding the Shayaad males. The females ate them? Ensalved them? Kept them hidden and safe from the Legion?
I suspect the situation will be the last one…

Thought lore wise incubus were meant to be rare 
Blizzard going to update lore now around incubus or just keep destroying everything which could upset the snow

Most likely, why else would they include this now of all times. After all this has been requested for years, most likely to try and save face from all the stupid censorship the last few weeks.
The Titans were dead in the lore until Blizzard decided to make Legion. The lore is a suggestion. Incubus dudes, let’s go.

I thought the lore on them was that the succubus spread various rumours about the state of the incubus (and one thing said the summon spell was forgotten) so it’s not the strangest thing in the world for them to crop up.
Though I’d still like an eredar summon.
