The Item Restore function on the support website is not working. It’s throwing an error code, see below:

At what point is it not working?
I can see the restoration page and can get a list of things on my character
Or is it after this stage it fails, I didn’t actually try restoring an item.
You could try using another browser and see if that helps.
It started working again the day after I made this post. It was throwing the error i mentioned after you select the character you want to perform the restore on.
Anyways, since its working again, this thread can be ignored/closed.
