Every auto attack has a 25% chance to cause “stumble”, when afflicted by stumble, you cannot attack or cast for 3 minutes.
New item “consistency” on the WoW shop as a one use item for $10 that reduces the chance of being afflicted by stumble from 25% to 5%, this item does not last through death.
