Just a way I noticed to find how old your character is

We will see about that… :stuck_out_tongue:

Yo! Blizzard? Guards?

I’d like to report an assault with a bamboo stick!

She hit me right there

points directly at snoot

starts sweating in Draenei

I didn’t attack you. You merely failed (your dice roll) to catch it.

Now listen here, you can’t just throw sticks at people expecting us to catch it.

Ridiculous.

You can apologise by cooking me 3 servings of fried rice. Please use beef, and be careful not to slaughter a Tauren instead, alright?! I don’t know why I have to say that but clearly…

You and me XD

This seems to work for most of my characters, but it says my druid is 19,705 days (or 54 years) old.

I think it must be skewed because it doesn’t account for gold sent from other characters. (I sent around 1.5mil to my druid at the end of SL because she was going to be my main for DF season 1.)

Yeah I felt like I had to go for a shower after reading that.

Epic is about 600g mount 200g i think i play lock so could be wrong but think its around that

It would be great to be able to see the age of each character. I would really respect 19 years old.

This worked exactly for my first character.

It was made in Cataclysm, though, so doesn’t guarantee that earlier statistics are treated the same way. And Tyssera’s Druid is also a cautionary case.

Also does not work if you mainly do activities that cost instead of earn gold.
Roleplay for example is mostly standing or sitting there spending gold for ingame vanity items.
Also as someone calculated PvP in WotLK is mostly an activity where you lose more gold than earn per hour.

I mean, it seems bugged as heck… I wish we had a “Created on” date in our /played statistic instead!

How many characters have you checked, and what were their results?

And why would costing instead of earning make a difference, apart from Tyssera’s hypothesis?

Total gold earned / number of days = total gold earned per day, regardless of what you spent.

What I find interesting is that Blizzard must be holding the number of days since creation or more accurately the actual date of creation, if they are showing that number.

Cause somewhere else has to come the gold and so by a farm twink.
I looked at my characters and except the two I used too farm all those characters have way too less days for them being true meanwhile my farm mains got so skewed that by this method I still played with him in WoW Alpha cause he should be 20 years old.
Meanwhile my RP main with whom I nearly only did RP should only be 25 days old while I play him for over a decade already.

You can have some menma (bamboo shoots) with your ramen.

Well panda is believed to originate from the nepali “ponya” which means “bamboo eater”, so eat your bamboo.

Oooh, that is nice!

And panda in Chinese is 大熊貓 which means big bearcat but Pandaren are clearly not cats. :[

I already know.
This character was created on the day World of Warcraft launched in Europe. Which according to an internet search was February 11th 2005. So… My character is currently 6775 days old.

She’s been through a faction, name and multiple race changes, but she’s still alive and kicking!
