It’s an anti-semetic belief that people use to justify their hatred of Jewish people. It’s kind of like how people use ‘discussions’ such as ‘transwomen in sports’, ‘transwomen in women’s spaces’, ‘transwomen being lesbians’ and generally transwomen doing anything. Also, yes it is specifically transwomen this usually applies to due to the few occasions where transmen are involved it’s usually because people believe them to be a transwoman.
