And no, leveling to 70 for the 10000th time is NOT “dont wanna play the game”. I honestly missing out on 1% of the game by skipping the first 70 levels.
keep playing on your main server then? no one is forcing you to play on a fresh server? no queues and free to boost? why would u get a free pass while everyone else levels by hand in these servers specifically made to level the playing ground?
Because you/Blizzard doesnt know how to save the game even if it was shoven up their face. A simple gold reset every expansion would have helped a lot.
The main server require 5 months, day and night of gold farming to keep up with the rest. GL farming resources vs bots.

People like starting anew together. Actually playing (leveling) that is. It’s just special and magical for some people. For some, it is a race, but for most it is just fun to have a ton of players for low level dungeons. Some like that raids are not as boring without gear from years of playing before.
(I don’t play on frech by the way, even though I don’t have any gold, because I am just lazy.)

Though I get your point - the whole idea of fresh was to start from 0 and enjoy the leveling experience and feel that kind of vibe where you level up - gotta manage your finances, talents, manage when you go to more busy contested zones so you’re not underleveled and get gankfested by the enemy faction. Enjoy leveling quest storylines and etc.
But I’m guessing you’ve done all of this a little too much and it’s no longer interesting to you and you only care for the faction balance fresh presents ? Correct me if I’m wrong…
Either way… that’s what Blizz stated and lot of people including me are happy that fresh is the way it is… perhaps your best shot is another realm ? As far as faction balance goes… not much choice but Golemagg is actually steadily growing with Alliance population. I’ve been taking population counts and from 150 online - they’re about 600 online at peak times. Or try Mirage Raceway as a last resort…

Blizzard could add instant level 70 boost and lots of people would still be happy and play the game; regardless of what they do. That has been proven for decades - it’s called addiction.
Blizzard can remove all gold on all accounts on all servers. People would still login and play, many would probably get the rush of having a chance to be on the top of the economy/market this time. Blizzard could take the #changes to the extreme and fck up both paladins and dks so badly that it would be nothing like the Classic we once had. Guess what - addiction kick in and people are gonna play anyway, because they wanna play the WoTLK expansion. People are ready to defend everything when it’s about their addiction.
I only have 3 days gametime left, didn’t bother renewing because I think Blizzard fcked up so badly. It’s not Classic, it will be a failed rework of WoTLK.
Returning players have their boost on any other server. Enabling boost on a fresh server will instantly turn him into another gehennas and firemaw, with gazillion boosted 70 bots straight to gold farm, gdkp, destroyed economy and full scale cancer. It feels like you are just troll.
Don’t you understand that it will be like that anyway long before the release of WoTLK ? Are you all actually so naive ? Blizzards doesn’t even do anything against botting.
Gold on fresh server sell for so much more. Where do you think all botters will go? Why bot on Gehennas and sell 300G for 3 euro when you can sell for 300G for 99 euro on a fresh.
Enjoy the fresh server while it last, and enjoy the 5x DK dungeon runs 60-70.
No, it will not be. Without 70 boost bots will not be able to screw economy in effective way, and big gold sink like flying mounts cost will keep it clean for a long time.

The bots are tryharding at the same level as the speed level runners. I identified 10 bots in one and the same zone on the fresh server. They have probably already accumulated 100’s of gold.

Been reading too much about the Dragonblight, which I think releases in december.
And that’s another problem about the fresh servers; 50% is not much. It’s really low, especially when they removed RDF.
For a casual player it’s gonna take ~140 days to level to 70 - assuming you can take on average 1 level per 2h and you have 2-3h play time per day. Yeah, and I dont even factor in the 300min queues.
It’s just better anyway for a casual to buy the character boost. However, it’s gonna suck major cok to join the game 2 months after the release.
