Keep getting dc'd from Blizzard games

Hi,

Since two weeks, I get randomly disconnected from all Blizzard games and sometimes (but not always) Battle .net, and my voice chats like Teamspeak and Discord continue to work as well as Youtube

I’ve tried a DNS flush and the usual resetting and rebooting of my router, plus my ISP (Ziggo) says they can’t see anything unusual (??)

I ran a WinMTR of my latest disconnect (though I think something went wrong because it doesn’t tell a lot). As well as run the Battle.net Looking glass.

I honestly have no clue why this could happen, as well that I don’t know why my ISP can’t see anything strange.

I have the same issue. High ping on a blizzard ip cause for disconnects - #3 by Mosinathus
My entire battle app disconnects along with friends list,wow, while everything else works. Usually have to wait a minute or so before it even lets me back in. But its never blizzards fault.
At peak hours there is usually a 10% packet loss.

Everyone likes to blame each other… I blame Gnomes.

Looking at your Home IP vs when the packets stop, it does look like the routing is not getting as far as your home. It comes to a stop in the Ziggo ISP network and does not go further.

Definitely show these logs to Ziggo to see if they have further comments.

You may also wish to let them know that on the Looking Glass MTR results (line 9 and 10 respectively) it’s showing light packet loss that is fluctuating. On one result its 20% and another 40% so certainly something to double check.

Just looking at some search results Random dc's after patch - #100 by Aluca-heartstriker from a year ago. Tons of people having the same issue we are where you get dc from game and battle net client while everything else works, but blizzard still never admitted its on their end or provide a sollution. Just the usual Routine posts.
