Lag - sloppy responsiveness but no reported lag

I have the same problem.

Input lag when using SpellQueue

absolutely the same problem as in this topic if I set the SpellQueue value above 0, then the input lag appears, which is higher the higher the SpellQueue value. If SpellQueue=0 everything is fine no resetting of settings, disabling addons, deleting the WTF folder helped.
