Well it’s your turn to get the “less desired” race.
I’d totally play a sethrak DK. Or a naga DK.
Forget about the Gillgoblins and rather give us the snakes. Sethrak for the Horde or even faction-less like the Pandas please and this time just make them Druid capable so I can please race change this cow to something smaller and better looking than a troll. I had all my hope set on the Vulpera, but Blizzard slapped my like a red-headed stepchild.

I would leave BfA and everything related where it is and focus on the new stuff.
The less we have reminding us this expansion, the better. 
I particularly like the pan-like creatures from the Shadowlands trailer.
Might even play a male character for a change if they’d look like that

You basically couldn’t take a point because it hurts your hope for precious High Elves, lol.
Giblins would be cool SO LONG AS THEY CAN BE MONKS. Given they seem to be all about sharing, community and work with water (not a stones throw from mists) if they couldn’t be monks I’d riot.
I may never get goblin monk because “insert crap reason here” but giblin monk would be cool and a worthy substitute.
And I like their voice acting. I remain convinced the goblin PCs and bilgewater NPCs have the best voice acting in the game.
As much as I’d love Jinyu/Ankoan, I don’t think its likely. They’d essentially need entirely new models, since even the existing male model can’t wear player armour.
They are also helping local wildlife and stuff… Water-Goblin Druid Incoming!

I would like to have Hozen for the Horde. I would do a mudseer, and throw dook at people.
Ankoans/Jinju are not available in the tool so you can’t really check but neither are gilgoblins and you can’t deny that they for sure would be able to wear player armour
I agree with you. Considering that all the allied races so far have had an original race counterpart the only ones we are missing are Forsaken and Worgen.
Lightbound Forsaken (or we could call them The Redeemed…which would be kinda cool) would just be the zombie version of draenei/light forged draenei.
And Im not sure what skeleton they use but Sethrak are very similar to worgens basic shape.
Ever since Vanilla WoW I wanted playable Gnolls. I dont know why, they are really cool looking but not strong enough to dominate every race.
Hopefully Ogres for Horde and Broken Draenei or Arakkoa or even Ethereals for Alliance. It’s a crying shame that the Ogres haven’t been added to the Horde yet, the same with Broken Draenei for Alliance. But as we all know the Alliance will only get asspulls or unwanted races anyway.

Lightbound Undead? That exists in the lore? Like, would they be able to be paladins etc?
These are not allied races. They are totally independent races. Maybe one day but not in this expansion for sure
