Good question 
The checks and balanced of power will be implemented to get feedback from all employees. The inefficient gears will be replaced.
I would expect well oiled production machine in 24. The content road map with more or less precise dates. May be even season passes instead of submounts.
Thats my understanding of new management.

I would like to reiterate how much I LOVE nightborne!
It seems, my loyalty to this beautiful majestic race will never fade. And that’s a huge reason why I so hopelessly hooked on this game. I like to re-experience Suramar storyline with my alts again and again, like watching how the story of nightborne unfold within the Horde, love immensely reading about all the little interactions between nightborne and blood elves in Xibala and in Zin’Azshari. I’m always excited to came across every little cameo of nightborne in the main storyline and enjoy a lot reading extra stuff, like the one we got for Lor’themar and Thalyssra.
I previously talked here about how grateful I’m to see nightborne getting a bit of attention from Blizz in SL. This is the first step on our long and thorny path in the hope to return a former glory to this magnificent race.
Now I can proudly run as a nightborne and play with a various customization options to get my looks in match with my tmog. But most importantly, what I enjoy the most is how often I notice how much more nightborne players are walking around me, both males and females. Our population is growing
No doubt, Blizzard have realized how extremely popular this type of things among players. Not just customization, also weapon, heritage armor, racial questlines, npcs interactions, class halls are always warmly welcomed by players. Because this is a vital part of our character’s identity that connects us to Azeroth, an important piece of our roleplaying that help us to immerse ourselves into the story more deeply.
No lying here, I’m intrigued to see what we’ll see in the future expansions, if Blizzard are ready to continue these “easy wins”. 
So yes, here I’m, patiently watching and waiting for the good news…
In the end, my goal remains the same - to see nightborne in all their full glory and radiance, for they deserve nothing less!

As for nightborne, please add more tattoos, beards and hairstyles, for dwarves, dark iron, kul tiran, orcs and mag’har, trolls and zandalari, and for humans too. And please add new core races, Vrykul, Ogre, Arrakoa, Saberon. Thanks.

So… my fellow shal’dorei… Is it safe to assume that we got a “soft” confirmation of nightborne druids in lore via Hearthstone? Could it be a hint?

They exist around in suramar city
Of course, can’t argue about that. Indeed, they’re already presented in Suramar. But now we got… kind of an explicit example of nightborne druid? A major argument that can’t be brushed off easily as debatable or irrelevant.
