On the US forums they claim it to be working again, going to test it straight away.

You know what, I had doubts it was going to be fixed soon, I thought we were looking at next reset and the weekend was a write off.
Seems it’s fixed now, thank you to all those who worked to resolve it as soon as possible.

same issue, no credit on either of the 3 bosses, neither to the like 5-6 guys who were also in the raid.
The droprate was already ridiculous, the cost of crafting it is also an attempt to sell tokens by blizzard, and now even this bug, that haven’t been fixed for this long. I’m quitting this game.

I did 5 runs and all the people doing this quest failed just like me.
Seems your fix had an expiry date.
Killed Volcoross 7 times this night and still no credit, the beam was always there even with boss dead,

Yeah same problem here. In my raid group other people also faced same problem. Any ETA on when this will be fixed? This is such a long quest chain, should not be bugged like this all the time.

It’s such a shame after all these years a below average Legendary quest line.

JUNE 5 2024 (for my ret pally)
igria the cruel, no love. times running out. took 10+ weeks to get the drop. a couple weeks for collecting. i had surgery and couldn’t play for a month. now quest bug. great.

Same here, everyone I’ve met have had the same problem as well. This bug has been there for a long time already so don’t get your hopes up.
