Question: the same corrupted effects stack? I mean, can I get all items with increased crit chance for reaching that juicy 50% crit?

I would rather have bis gear with XP bar to increase its ilvl when we complete content that would loot better ilvl. Or loot consumables that slowly increase iLvl like WoD ring.
Improving gear rather than replacing it like kleenex would feel better.
