No it does not. Why do you lie like this? What’s the point? Tier set alone has 5-15 FR on each piece. You can easily get ~80 FR unbuffed with HL loot alone.

you can go slightly west of the entrance to BRM in searing gorge and see an actual path of skeletons leading to a glitched spot where hunter bots hack through the floor to get into BRD.
the mobs are working overtime during the event to keep those filthy bots from doing it, but its clearly not enough.
there’s a god damn conga line of hunter bots doing this 24/7.
