I can see you are mad at the thought of losing one of your 70,000+ players but be realistic.
The only player transfers would be aimed at are dad-slow-gamers who regret rolling on a locked/overpopulated realm…

I know from experience, HW had transfers for free to it from every realm, we had a few hundred who showed up and they fit the vibe perfectly.

PvP Server to RP Server is one side to cause a HUGE issue in a Server, you clearly arent aware of the rules your server has enforced to ensure RPers are not griefed, to tell someone their only way off a full server is quite litterally to begin RPing is a foolish notion at best

Sat there as if we dont have a Dying PVP Server thats in need of people going to, Chaos Bolt. which is a Medium server yet somehow prioritise a RP Server to be the destination, Its not a case of “being toxic”. its a case of your quite litterally bias to a level u’d rather cause a Server wide conflict Between RPers and Non-RPers for the sake of ur servers health.
Recently made a new horde char on that server. I was pleasantly surpriced by how many new low lvls there was. Even had to fight to get some of the mobs tags, wasn’t quite enough. That i until I released 80% of them was what they can SoDcore. Sod with hardcore rules. These players do not trade, they do not group and are a total waste of space. In addition they give Blizzard the false impression the server has a healthy horde population, when these players gives less back to the community than bots.

Go check out argent dawn, lol their war broke out there between the 2 and several have been Spam Reported for being Non-RPers On those servers.
RP Realms have additional protection, to prevent non-RP Players Interupting the COre focus the servers dedicated to.
your on a RP Realm. theres a reason PVE and PVP arent included. its because its Sole focus is RP, to explore the character AS ur character and not yourself, you cant just throw anyone on there.

THe players who are currently there may Not Report for these things. It doesnt mean the servers safe, weather theres enough to Get u banned or not Is irrelevent, to the fact they are Reportable.
I could make a char, and Spam report Them myself… lol, its that easy. only takes players to suddenly start doing it.

I’ll get you up to speed, people tried RP on classic in 2019, it lasted about 6 months before they gave up, classic just isn’t the venue, they went back to argent dawn and private servers.
Since then, the RP realms have been places where the actual casual gamers gather, to avoid the heavy crowds of mega servers.
This means the resulting community are laid back, not especially min-maxing and couldn’t care less if your name is mrsquealypig.
