Also - you have to be an elf to be a DH, and why would you pick that?

None of those. Most proc playstyle goes to Enhancement Shaman.

Ret don’t have that much till you take divine purpose and get 2/4 tier piece then you have quite alot.

Same for fury warrior with it’s own 4 piece, the more raging blow resets the higher your recklessness uptime will be.

Fury self healing is very good. Sometimes it looks like they’re being pocket healed, but nope. Just their self healing :joy:

Fury again. Rampage glows when ready, raging blow if you choose cruelty talent and victory rush.

Also, I forgot to mention execute if you choose sudden death talent where execute can proc regardless of hp.

In terms of gameplay, I think Fury Warrior is closest - another Plate class, similar level of procs, maybe a bit more, and more intense, dual-wield.

For solo play, low dungeons, farming old raids, and just generally faffing about, I’d go Demon Hunter though. Its gameplay is different because it lacks the procs, and is much more mobile, but if you’re not wedded to the procs mechanic, it’s more fluid than either.

Also, with Leather, you get to start on a whole new Transmog collection! No class sets below Legion, obviously, but lots of interesting Leather available.

Victory rush is completely useless as it only procs once you kill (or destroy) an enemy. As for bloodthirst it heals for 10% (I think?) of the dmg you do with it, which is not so much… It’s so underwhelming it might’ve just been 0%…

The only way you get quite good healing is with 4 set and Reckless Abadon talented. You’re bloodthirst transformation (forgot name) will actually do dmg then so it will actually heal.

I would suggest Ench Shammy, as a Fury player myself…
It is just as fast in playstyle, more shiny button depended and the selfheal is actually insane.

ok im totally lost now…

Some new points;

  • Needs to be a class that can be human race (since i like mogs on them most)
  • Needs to be dps class thats easy and fun (doesnt need to be like frost dk anymore, so ranged / mdps all is good…) except hunter i guess?

I mained frost DK before I switched to Fury. And I never went back.

Back then Frost was only dual-wield so it felt very similar but fury was just a faster playstyle and more fun. I don’t know if Frost have changed much since then but I would recommend trying Fury.
Looks great, TWO big weapons, great survivability, very good sustained cleaving aswell as great burst AoE for mythic+. You can still use your transmogs thats not locked to DK and collect new ones for DK while playing your new alt.

go mage then mage has never been bad, some of the devs play mage and they tend to make sure its good since devs are well the ones balancing the game… looool

Tf did you just say? I’ll have you know I’m not even a demon hunter, I’m a regular one, which means I’m allowed to hunt everything, including gnomes.
