It seems sensible not to let someone who is out to troll be able to troll super effectively by being able to post any images, gifs etc.

I never post gifs, so i really don’t care. I swapped mains ingame so i also swapped main on the forums. I had TL 3 ‘for years’ on my previous main :grin:

I don’t see an issue. They can be flagged for trolling like they can be now.

I do think it would be easier if there wasn’t any of this alt posting and we just posted on a bnet level like every other Blizzard forum.

And I don’t see an issue with the current system which does not generate even more moderation work.

They have enough flags to get through as it is. Let alone because some childish individual decided to post in appropriate images.

To get to trust level 3, in the last 100 days…

  • Must have visited at least 50% of days
  • Must have replied to at least 10 different non-PM topics
  • Of topics created in the last 100 days, must have viewed 25% (capped at 500)
  • Of posts created in the last 100 days, must have read 25% (capped at 20k)
  • Must have received 20 likes, and given 30 likes.*
  • Must not have received more than 5 spam or offensive flags (with unique posts and unique users for each, confirmed by a moderator)
  • Must not have been suspended or silenced in the last 6 months

I don’t know why. There will always be individuals who will abuse any privelege they are given.

It’s the same when exploits exist in game, some will be careful not to abuse and others will go ham and make the absolute most of it and deal with the punishment they receive later.
