I wish the DF ones to come back. But if its old dungeons were talking about, this is my wish list:

(A) To make classic dungeons into mega dungeons. Black Rock Depths comes to mind. But you could also do Maraudon (classic version) that was also huge.

But bringing back old dungeons? Im not so keen on doing things like that. Because they are not designed for an M+ setting.

Take ToT for example and compare that to something like Nokud. ToT is linear. No variety. No route choice, no nothing. Makes it boring IMO.

Really? I thought the next expansion was due in winter 2024, a year from now. Jesus ! 6 months in advance

Why are you complaining? This is massive good news really.

I expected the fated season
 but a 7 month long one. Like in EVERY-OTHER-EXPANSION. Instead Season 4 will be more like what
 3 months? NOTHING.

I think its more like a pre-patch to the pre-patch of the next expansion more than a season.

Nice conclusion to the expansion. Re-visit all the stuff they did one last time before moving on.

Because I don’t like the DF dungeons. The only 2 I enjoy are The Nokhund Offensive and Galakrond wing. I expected other dungeons to be added. I don’t raid so I don’t have an opinion about it.

Season 4 should be the norm if you ask me. So I don’t see how that is big news :thinking:

Sorry to hear you dont like DF dungeons. I guess S4 will be a bummer for you.

If it serves as a consolation prize, im sure that they will somehow make every class OP like they always do. So maybe you get some respite from that.

Thats a hard skip for me then , probably df is the first xpac that i hate 90% of the dungeons with passion

“Summer” in game dev terms invariably means last week of September.

While I admit this is better than November as would fit a 2-year expansion cycle, it still implies a lot of fated.

I didn’t mind fated as a mechanic to avoid nearly a year of 9.2, but I really, really dislike it being planned in from the start like it’s something players wanted. Sure, we wanted it more than nothing at all, but put fated up vs an actual raid tier? Raid tier. Every time.

I am not expecting a 2 month 4th season. Then they better extend this season and never come with a 4th.

Nightmares in pugs. I’m thinking about whether I should just bail on season 4 or not.

Your maths is awful as it week 6 now season 3 that means another week and season 3 will be over if you think season 4 will last 6 months :confused:

Oh yeh. Don’t get me wrong.

It’s unforgivable getting a Fated season over a full Tier. A raid would have been much better.

But getting all the DF dungeons again is what I’m hyped about. We were robbed not having Season 1 as a DF dungeons only season.

Also, I don’t think we’re getting a 6 month Season 4. It looks like expansion release is likely to be August/September. And going by the Affix Rotation, which is 10 weeks, and is usually repeated twice (20 weeks total). Season 4 will probably drop on the 3rd April.

I would expect a 10-15 week Season 4, before pre-patch dropping some time in July.
