Last season a friend of mine did exactly this and he got his S3 title 1month ago after endless counts of tickets. I wouldnt count on blizz at that point

Seems harsh if the buff was in game and available to all. no notification it was a bug.

they dont care, too lazy to fix the issue but blame people for using it to keep up with the people who were using it.

How about rolling out the titles now? I mean… why are you making an announcement, saying they’ll go out the same day you made the announcement and then you’re doing nothing?
You’re able to roll out PVP r1 titles after 2 weeks of season end, but you can’t do that for M+? That’s a joke.
