Mad duke tea bug

So my bug report is twofold

1. The mad duke’s tea goes on cooldown even when your dead (unlike all other items).
   1a. The mad dukes tea removes your mad dukes tea buff when your dead. (just to make it worse)
2. The bug report button on the support ui on european servers points to us bug report servers. which we cannot post on (cause second rate players to blizz… honestly bugs are annoying but having to do all this extra crap just to report it is just disrespectfull and wroong)

CS doesn’t forward nor handle bug reports, you seem to have found the support article but couldn’t find the ingame option which is below at this big Anub’Arak icon.
