The Swinetusks are currently within the desolate realms of … Well, Desolace! And while there, we’re cleaning up some Primalist remnants - trying to make sure that the good people of the Horde are not plauged by their evil any longer; Even though their strength and ferocity, has seemingly grown and become far more ferocious lately…

Join the Swinetusks today, and fight for the cause of the Horde; to protect the orcish clans and the Mag’har clan, for as long as we remain here on Azeroth!

Had an excellent walk with these gamers, ran into an earth giant on the way, and an undead.

The Swinetusk Warband finds themselves within the hills, valleys and woodlands of the Hinterlands, and further into the Arathi Highlands! A surge of violence between the local Revantusk tribe, and a band of so-called “Troll Hunters” has erupted within the area, and the Mag’har orcs of Gor’gol are sent forth to aid the trolls in their peril!

On our way, we’ve pooled together our resources to see to their supplies for the winter, and we’ve cleared some old hunting grounds together with local representatives! We’re now headed for Arathi, to end the threat of the Hunters…!

Lok’tar ogar! If your orc wishes to keep the good fight going, to see to the betterement of the Horde – do NOT hesitate to come find us and add your axe, your strength and your honour to the cause! For the Horde!

The Swinetusks are down unda’ - Down in the Stranglethorn Cape, as we’ve become embroiled within a deadly game between Pirates, Poachers and the deadly beasts of the jungle! Our eyes are set towards an island off of the coast, to try and find the Pirates main hideout - to protect the people of the Horde from these deadly, vicious predators and acts that are truly ur’gora!

The Mag’har warband fights on, to protect the Horde from any that would seek to harm it or its members! Any orc seeking to join in on this journey of honour, of strength and of vigilance against the ever-lurking threat of the Lightbound Invasion - who seeks to join in the fight to one day reclaim Draenor from those who sought its end, need only to find us wandering the world and whether you fight with an axe, your mind, spells or technology, you will find yourself a home here…!

This year has been wild, and many adventurers, experiences, happenings and what else has come our way! With events such as;

  • The Incapacitation of Warlord Wildaxe for many months. Her eventual return sparked a flame that guides the Warband as we speak.
  • The Rise and Fall of Overseer Grimeye, and subsequent political fallout of it. His reign over the warband, and the chokehold he kept over the Mag’har in it will be remembered as dark times for both the warband, and their closest allies.
  • Gariok, the Ironsworn of the warband was granted a new honourname by the elders of Garadar; a testament to his tenacity, his unbreakable spirit and his dedication to his warband - He is from then on named Ironwill.
  • The hatching of a Ravager-grub at the hands of Grikra, the Laughing Skull slayer. Many months has passed since its hatching, and it grows steadily - much to the fear of several warband members fearing for the beast to get loose. Grikra simply chortles.
  • Several expeditions along with other members of the so-called Saurfang Legion, to Northrend, to Pandaria and elsewhere; both for explorations, and to protect the more far-flung settlements of the Horde in the case of the former, and to give assistance and aid to the more neutral-aligned factions of the World; to prove that the Horde treats both land and people, with respect and honour.
  • The death of Advisor Jardok Hoofcrush; the circumstances of which is an open wound to the warband still - the Thunderlord Advisors wisdom, diplomacy and tactical know-how will be missed and nigh-impossible to replace.
  • And many, many more events! Hundreds upon hundreds of hours spent together, Roleplaying and enjoying the world together - and with many more hundreds of hours to come in the coming year, we can only look forward to it with EXCITEMENT!

We thank the realm, the community and the people behind the monitors for an exciting 2023 - and we look forward to an even more exciting, special and amazing 2024! Lok’tar Ogar!

*Death Knights, Warlocks and Light-Users will find their application in the recycle bin, we are not ready to work with such ways yet. It’s not you, it’s us etc etc.

The Swinetusks have been tasked by the Mag’har clan of Orgrimmar - to delve deep into the cursed woods of Felwood; and rescue a lost party of Mag’har orcs led by Thunderer Garg that were tasked with clearing out Dae’mon dens in the area…!

So far, the warband has fought corruptive oozes, slime-infested corpses and other decayed monsters; hinting at that it’s not just Dae’mons that claims the deadened woodlands as their own anymore. The Mag’har clan expects results, and the Swinetusk Warband must push onward to rescue and assist not only the lost Mag’har that they’re here for, but also the local druids; for should they fail in their restorative efforts; all of the lands will die, and the corruption may spread further to Ashenvale, Moonglade, Winterspring and Hyjal…!

Lok’tar ogar – More orcs, more warriors are always needed to help defend the outlier frontiers of the Horde and its allies; for as long as corruption, evil and betrayal stalks the lands - the Swinetusks are there to stop it - and when the time comes to return to Draenor and reclaim our home and heal our world, we will need every pair of hands that we can get…!

These guys look at a war mech over twice their size, and their first instinct is to destroy it by hand.
They do the same thing with demons with hella effectiveness. Their warcry game is also enviable.

If that’s not the orcest thing, I dunno what is. You wanna be an orc, be an orc with them.

Well, they were very graceful while-…

They had the loudest cheers during the victory ceremony that celebrated our efforts on the Broken Isles!

Hi, returning player here. I see the tradition to keep in-group threads bumped is alive and well with the same set of faces milling about, but it seems a lot of guilds keep crafting new adventures, which is always a welcome sight and I’ve been curious about having a look the Horde side of things myself.

I’m not up to date with server politics, but at least on the Alliance side noticed a all of the guilds dropped the three letter [tramp stamp] from their TRPs, even among the most devoted serviles like the gentleman whose post precedes mine.

Were the guilds told to remove the mention of the group to make themselves more presentable or is the cult truly no more and it’s just normal people supporting each other out of old camaderie? Is nature healing?

One of the things that made the realm so difficult was a very rigid segregation and pervasive “us vs them” mentality on both sides. Plenty of documented abuse against each party, but it seems things are changing. Are we in the era where there’s room for organic interactions between strangers or is it same old, except with sanitised TRPs?

Thanks in advance

I always enjoy RPing with the Swinetusks! All of them are so varied characters and some of the nicest people I’ve met OOC.
Yes even you Gora.

I can only recommend them if you’re a Draenor Orc looking for a guild.

It’s really weird how you lament the pervasive “us vs. them” mentality whilst spending a full four unsolicited paragraphs dropping turds on “them” in someone’s recruitment thread.

Maybe try being the change you wish to see instead of trying to stir up unprovoked drama?

The Swinetusk Warband, now 20% more presentable and friendly!

The orcs of the warband has been travelling throughout the Eastern Kingdoms for some time now, both aiding the Dragonmaw clan with supplies and clearing burnt woodlands after a particular nasty forest fire - As well as the remaining Blackrock Clan orcs, still cooped up in their Spire with water deliveries, mushroom foraging in the caverns as well as putting down a few rogue fire elements and –

Oh, we also fought some dwarves. And are now being chased all the way to Alterac by them where we JUST finished a climactic battle in the Hillsbrad Foothills; Good stuffs!

We are always on the lookout for more, and more capable, willing and interesting orcs to help us help the Mag’har clan, the orcish people and the Horde respectively; as our ultimate goal is not just securing a safe, strong and permanent orcish home on this world – but to go back to Draenor and crush the Lightbound corrupted fools that have stolen it from us, and reclaim our world and home…!

Lok’tar ogar! For the Horde - For Draenor!

The rumours of Wildaxe being a criminal mastermind are NOT true.

The Swinetusks are BACK on Kalimdor, after a lengthy journey across the Eastern Kingdoms that unfortunately ended when the peaceful, and HONOURABLE task of aiding the Frostwolf clan was disrupted first by the Shadowbane Council and their fel-summons, deep within the Alterac Valley; and then by the everhounding and bloodthirsty forces of the Boulderhelm Brigade that forced the warband to retreat across the oceans; only to find themselves in Zandalar…

… Against an even MORE bloodthirsty enemy; the Blood Trolls of Nazmir - conjured forth and spilling towards Zandalar, spurred on by the false-god and prophet named “The Flayed One”; We stood heroically with our allies of the Horde, and with assistance of a Argent Crusade unit - we managed to beat back the trolls, and their everdevouring “god”!

We have then booked the first avaliable ship to Kalimdor, and are now at The Crossroads; resting, recovering - and working to reestablish ourselves in the region, and to protect the Horde and its members in these hearthlands of the Horde!
If you know an orc, willing and able to protect the Horde, the orcish people and the Mag’har on this world - who YEARNS for our lost world, who would seek to do anything to see it once more… Or if you ARE one of the above; Do not hesitate to contact us, we are always on the lookout for more brothers and sisters in arms!

Ruuuuuargh Lok’tar ogarrrrrr!

Maybe Gora will hold my hand after we’ve set a holy library on fire and it’s totally a REAL one, those aren’t fake books, I promise it’s real Light in there

The Swinetusks are on the march once more; after struggling in the Barrens, fighting against Centaurs, Quilboar, Harpies, Venture Co Capitalists, Southsea Freebooters and MORE – It’s time for a little break.

… Or so it would be, if they hadn’t recieved unsettling news from the settlement of Zoram’gor - of nightmares plaugeing the denizens. Of lengthening shadows in the corner of the eyes of the watches, and of strange sightings out at sea.
A mystery is afoot, and the ever-inquisitive orcs of the Swinetusk Warband will be there to investigate, inquire into, scrutinize and otherwise look into! Their skills in finding out the unknown nigh-unparalleled…!

Or was that their ability to swing their axe first, and ask questions later…?
Whatever the cause, reason and events to follow - they are marching through Ashenvale to help the good people of the Horde! If you’ve an orc, wanting to help the Horde, the Orcs or the Mag’har as well? Give us a ring! Or a call! Or a letter, or a walkup, or a parchment strapped to a dead pigeon you threw over a wall or… you know. Just let us know! We’re always looking for more brothers and sisters!

Lok’tar ogar !!!

I heard gora (alias “wildaxe”) got nearly beat to death by her own comrades loool
