same, trying to connect for more than half an hour, and on classic WOTLK too; All EU servers seem to be affected. ACtually, this issue is being also followed up in this thread:

Same issue, got disconnected in the middle of. M+ and cant log in anymore. They should really compensate us for all this time lost following the network connection guides and reading forums… their customer support is never available.
