Make wow free to play please

“Well, he is a wonderful boyfriend.”

Some finely aged, premium forum meme there.

We got 3 worst expansions in a row (BFA, Shadowlands and Dragonflight)

So it makes sense being free to play in 10.1 now!

Don´t get me wrong, Suffering so long with the worst expansions don´t make sense being PaytoWin

It´s going to fill many players that still won´t understand mechanics, just look at Opulence LFR for example; 5 hours of wipe and N´zoth LFR for 7 hours

so why does WoW still stays Pay subscription while Dragonflight is worse than Shadowlands? Just because WoW is dead

Thank you, Fatmonktank-Turalyon, I will take your feedback into consideration and contact my uncle, Ion Hazzikostas, to solve these issues with universally disliked expansion Dragonflight.

I don’t think you know what that means.

It is wrong to lie.

You’re on the wrong server forum, and no, please, no, for the love of Azeroth, NO!

You´re right

Paytowin is like Buying Curves boost and mythic dungeon KSM

From the developer, not from another player.

The gold for which is bought from the dev through tokens, though. P2w by proxy, as it were.

Aah right it’s the guy that wants goldshire to be cleansed but also sends wildly inappropriate PMs to people that make the mistake of levelling in Elwynn

Gold ain’t from the developer though? It is from another player?

Player A wants to “win” by clearing latest mythic raid.
Player B offers a boost for gold.
Player A has no gold, so he buys a token from Blizz with $ and aquires gold.
Player A pays to player B for the boost with that gold.

So, in essence, player A payed real life money to get his “win”, with player B providing the service. You could argue that blizzard only served as a money exchange service, but I think it’s p2w as player A would not be able to get what he wanted without acquiring gold via ingame means. The aforementioned transaction couldn’t be possible without Blizzard’s involvement (within ToS, that is).

To be clear, I’m not saying that every instance of a player buying a boost is inherently p2w, but in the case of token being involved, I think it’s pretty clear cut.

can we all agree not to post on the AD realm forum for a month to stop these dumb af posts ending up here
