When were the max level boosts introduced to BFA? Trying to work out if I boost my alt to 120 now, or just focus on the main and wait till the max level boosts become available on SL
Using them now or during SL, they both have the same result. The boost will never make you 60.

The level boosts come with the next expansion pre-purchase.
if you’re waiting for a 60 boost you’ll be waiting for the next expansion too. So at least a year.
You can boost to max right now in BFA…
Only with a Free SL boost or a £50 one. Those translate to level 50 in SL.

Yes the BFA boost only boost uptil Max level in BFA not in SL ^^ those last 10 levels is not skipable with your boost

That’s not true
Think what he means is that when SL goes live and the next expansion after SL is announced at blizzcon, level boosts for SL will be made in Blizz shop for peeps to buy
During Mists of Pandaria when preorders for Warlords of Dreanor started they also started selling level 90 boosts. During Warlords of Dreanor, the same thing, when preorders for Legion started you were able to buy level 100 boost. Then during Legion when preorders for BfA started there level 110 boosts in the store. Now with BfA is the same, preordes for Shadowlands started last year and and the same time they started selling level 120 boosts, it will turn into level 50 boost when prepatch starts.
These are the facts you can check for yourself by checking old news from Wowhead from last few years.

When the expansion after Shadowlands is released, available for pre-order or possibly announced.
So basically next autumn or maybe winter.
BFA max level boost to 120, was available long before SL
No, it wasn’t, it was changed less than a year ago, which was near the shadowlands announcement last November, probably when Blizzcon was on. I’m trying to find an announcement on it.
The oldest reference of it being available I can find is 17/12/19. Now I have found 6 Nov 2019.

It came after they announced SL on blizzcon last year and the pre-order was released (with a 120 lvl boost included for the expensive versions).

SL trail starts at 48
Level 110 is 48 and level 120 is 50.
