Mazrigos, a dead, forgottnen realm

How is this considered dead? Genuine question. Thats nine thousand characters

Khadgar would have a word with you. Seriously though, Blizzard has literally pissed on the dead realms lately. They did like 5 connections and that was it

3413 chars for horde, if you divide by 10 chars per account like me and my friends have that’s 341 players and if you don’t put 10, you put 5 per account that’s still around 500 players. If you look on other realms some have 150.000 - 200.000 characters active ON ONE REALM and + the other realms they are connected to you get some huge numbers like 300.000 - 400.000 and if you compare that to 3000, yes, that is dead to me…

Don’t get why there can’t be one big realm like eso does it for EU and America

Sounds like a realm with some good name choice opportunities

Too many ongoing factors that would brick a mega server. It needs to be a complete overhaul and I doubt blizz will find it worth of the time, money and nerves.

Surely all the required time, money and nerves is worth it if it makes me happy? :frowning:

That’s a very specific method of thinking. Just because a change would benefit positively A person, does not mean that the repercussions of such choice will not effective negative a lot of other people.

Do mind that LB was mine starting realm as well, I have no personal reasons to NOT want LB and Mazrigos to be player friendly.

I think we are being treated unfair. A merge was promised…then suddenly they stopped and not a word since…yet people on high realms get free character transfers

Hello there…i saw maz… I had to comment.
I started as alliance on Maz…back in TBC start .
I’ll dare to say that the “fall” started way back… somewhere in wotlk.
There used to be some big guilds that played endgame content , also some big casual guilds …at their own pace. Back there i always thought Maz a good server…not the top end, but in a high level.
Then all those stable guilds…either dissolved ( some of them because internal conflict ) …but in most occassions they migrated…
When i left…i didn’t want to…to be honest i had to…because the at least 1000+ players i used to know and cooperate for 4 years…in various guilds…they had all left…or quitted.

They get transfers …in the hope that they will fill empty realms.
People don’t really want to play in empty realms…for many reasons.
Most of the players migrated went to a mid tier realm.

Many moved when they gave free migration, problem is many of us were in a break from wow back then and we had no idea about it, when we came back suddenly the servere was not pvp anymore it was pve and no one online anymore orgrimmar empty, ah empty, it was just sad… it still is…

Yes, Goldshire Inn is the best place to do do something.

Just reroll on another Realm, why stay there if you already knew the server was dying. Waiting for a realm connection is silly, it might happen but god knows when. Literally takes like 10-20h to lvl from scratch

It seemed to stop shortly after they wrongly merged an ‘unnofficial’ Polish? language realm (English realm) in with normal english realms. It turned into a flame war between the Polish and English and many thousands of ingame reports were filed for numerous reasons.

Mazrigos and Lightbringer are so dead I just got happy looting a 207ilvl boe gloves then cried a little because I know it will never sell on our ah
