Now that I think about it, they could actually implement it as an alchemy recipe! That would be groovy.
Maybe there could also be an engineering hair-o-matic 6000 headset that did the same thing (with a chance to make the users head explode, obviously)

Dark Elves would be Nightborne but theyâre customisation is rubbish as you said, currently better off doing a Nelf as a dark elf.

I completely agree but unfortunately the customisations just arenât reflecting that.
Logically yes, thereâs no reason why not, and that would also be nice to have. I think thatâs less likely to happen though as they art department would have to up their game on designing new armours rather than just doing 6 different recolours on everything 
Blonde hair is blonde hair.
Doesnât have to be from blood elves at all.
However, I think not a lot of people would even see a difference between one blonde color and the other. So why would it really matter?
Iâm personally not at ALL into the void side of the Void Elves, so Iâd like a lot more hairstyles without the creepy tentacles. I donât want tentacles on my characters. Ever. Itâs one of the reasons I hate Draenei. Tentacles are icky.

Have probly race change to undead becourse itis only race with red eyes becourse it fits best Venthyr there is no undead Elfs with red eyes 
Blizzard has explained this already. A dye system is not compatible with the system they have now with painted textures. So theyâd have to do a COMPLETE overhaul of how they make armor. I donât think thatâs ever going to happen.
I personally prefer painted textures anyway as they look a lot better and distinct. And WoWâs style is definitely distinct.
They really donât want to give the Alliance High Elves out of spite (or because the Hirde already have them). So the least they could do is give the customization option at least.

The void is kinda their thing. Itâs even in their name.
But thats okay for there to be races that arenât made with you in mind.
Like 80% of the races in the game i would never enjoy playing

Ps; they could of course do even more colour variations; thatâs almost akin to picking a colour with a dye system (although yes; the colour combination youâd want may not exist - it wonât be perfect).
Well, they can definitely be made to look âun-void-yâ now and thatâs fine with me.
The only void thing left is their racial where they turn blue for a bit in combat, but thatâs fine.
