Misleading bug report instructions

While trying to report a bug in-game, I encountered multiple issues with the actual reporting.

I press Escape > Support > In-game issues > Technical Issue > Contact support > In game issue > Technical Issue > Report a bug. This shows me a page that tells me to " If you want to report a bug, please use the [provided in-game systems] to notify our development team directly." …which is exactly what I’m trying to do.

Clicking the link provided (https://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/15043) I get these instructions:

To report a bug in-game:

  1. Press Esc or click the ? button to open the menu.
  2. Click Support.
  3. Click Submit feedback or bug report.
  4. Enter the details of the bug into the Submit a bug description box, making sure to follow the guidelines outlined on the submission form.
  5. Click Submit.

But these aren’t options that are available in the in-game support function. I then chose to click the link to “report it on our bug report forums” (https://us.forums.blizzard.com/en/wow/c/support/bug-report/17) but this takes me (who is on the EU site) to the US site, which I cannot use because I don’t have any character there.

Please fix this so that the instructions make sense. Thank you.

Suggestions and feedback are made in-game not via the forums.

  1. Press Esc or click the ? button to open the menu.
  2. Click support.
  3. Click the top left button with the picture of Anub’arak, and the text “Submit feedback or Report a bug”
  4. Make sure the feedback tab is selected.
  5. Enter the details of your feedback.
  6. Click submit.

You can submit a bug report and feedback if you follow the above instructions to this big Anub’Arak icon.
