after 11 days i still not got my pet all is link
Received an answer from the support.
“the in-game support service does not deal with questions about the absence of the Twitch drops awards, since we cannot check whether the conditions for receiving the awards themselves have been met”
So I think all we can do is wait and hope that we will get the felldrake, unlike it happend with the pet.
So I got the Fel Drake without problems today - kite pet is still missing in the depths of the internet, no idea what went wrong there. I 'll try to contact twitch.
So I just received the Dragon Kite after 2.5 - 3 weeks after claiming on twitch, better late than never I guess !
